Expo 2030 Riyadh opens next build phase to private developers

Expo 2030 Riyadh Company is structuring the next phase of the build around private capital. A roughly 2,200-unit Expo Village residential complex is being set up as a joint venture with a developer chosen by early third quarter; construction starts late this year. A district cooling tender follows within weeks. Earthworks are 67 per cent complete; Nesma & Partners and Al Yamama hold the early infrastructure packages.
