Expo 2030 and Expo 2027 Belgrade sign knowledge-exchange agreement: Uzbekistan selects pavilion site

Expo 2030 and Expo 2027 Belgrade have signed a knowledge-exchange agreement covering governance, site development, participant management, operational readiness, digital systems and post-Expo legacy. The deal was formalised at a ceremony in Belgrade attended by BIE secretary general Dimitri Kerkentzes.

Three developments this week:

• Expo 2030 and Expo 2027 Belgrade signed a cooperation agreement spanning six operational domains, including digital infrastructure and legacy planning.

• Uzbekistan selected its pavilion location at the Riyadh site, marking progress in the country’s participation planning.

• Uzbekistan’s Gaiane Umerova held discussions in Paris on participation strategy and pavilion planning for the 2030 exposition.
